# 1. Connect Wallet

I explain how you connect your wallet to InoSwap and why you always keep custody.

Before you swap, you’ll connect your wallet so I can display balances, prepare transactions, and request your approval to execute on-chain. Your wallet stays in control the entire time.

## Steps

1. Open the InoSwap interface from your desktop or mobile: <https://inoswap.org/>
2. Click **Connect Wallet**
3. Select your wallet provider
4. Approve the connection request
